The Business Model

We aren't an Estate Agent, we don't broker property purchases and nor are we developers. We are different. Our business model can be explained in three parts.

We already own property

Over the past 10 years we have been buying property from savings, flipping and refurbishing and refinancing. We intend to keep doing this. 

Unlike others we aren't seeking to build a property portfolio, we already have it to show you!

We will continue to grow

We have reached a scale where we are now able to buy 1-2 properties a year from the residual rental income. This is likely to be higher as we refinance and release equity in the portfolio from recent house price rises. 

We therefore expect our success to continue, but with you on board, good things can become great!

Grow together & achieve more 

We have a proven track record which should appeal to investors who are interested in what property investment has to offer, but may not have the time or passion to invest as we have.

We would welcome the opportunity to grow faster and to do this we need more investment.

It is therefore our belief that by building a small network of investors we can both achieve faster growth and further improve income.

As the investor you will always receive a healthy return on your investment whilst we grow faster. This growth will support paying interest on higher levels of investment and so the cycle continues. Are you feeling as excited as we are?

  • Diversified portfolio

    Having a well diversified portfolio is important as this helps protect the income and allows us to benefit from growing popularity in key locations.

  •  High returns

    Property location is important to balance high yields with capital growth. We carefully select each property to add to our portfolio so we create the right balance of income versus future property value.

  • A proven track racord

    We have steadily grown our portfolio over 10 years where we are now ready to increase the pace of expansion. We have increased the value of the portfolio to over £2.1m in 10 years and hope to increase to £10m by 2030.

  • Building relationships

    Over time relationships build. We have a core team of diverse individuals supporting the growth of the company and its asset base. These include solicitors, mortgage brokers, investors, accountants and tax advisors.
